Here we go again, a New Year and a fresh start. Holiday pounds have been packed on and ready to be taken off, I always love making my resolutions and seeing them through. This year my resolution is to give out as much information on fitness and try to get as many people to reach their fitness goals as I can…my head is spinning! No matter how busy I get, I want to get at least 3 posts a week. If your resolution is to get into an amazing shape, then you are in the right place. If you have read any of my old posts you know I love to make my workouts different and keep my muscles guessing and set goals for myself and those I work with. Whether it be losing 20 lbs. or gaining 20 lbs. or running a marathon or triathlon, set goals for yourself today, now.
